PowerWatch X Shipping Update

Hi everyone,

We'd like to give you an update on the shipping status of PowerWatch X. 

We are happy to share that we have been rolling out the PowerWatch X in limited quantities; however, due to a malfunction with a tooling piece that we had to replace, we have not been able to ramp up as quickly as we had hoped. 

We expect to be back on track next week and resume shipping out the week after that (500 units/day starting Aug 16). All preorders are expected to be fulfilled finally by the end of August.

For those of you who have received the PowerWatch X, we are pushing a firmware update soon and we will let you know as soon as it is available.

Thank you for your patience so far. We are working as hard as we can to make sure you all get your watches. We'd like to offer you upcoming discounts and perks which will be announced soon, after we get past the successful shipping of the PowerWatch X.
